I thought I'd just ask whoever may be out there what you may think about therapy done via the internet? This is sometimes called technology assisted therapy, or internet therapy, techapie (my term) or various other descriptions. I have developed a form for clients to sign prior to engaging in sessions via Skype or phone facetime. I have done little of this due to the legal restrictions requiring that therapy be done only within the same state where the professional holds a license. Times are changing and I expect these laws will also. I am curious about how it may feel on the receiving end sine this profession has been so reliant on the very personal and intimate aspects of a professional therapeutic relationship.
